Coral in Bat Hefer
In Bat Hepher – the area’s pinnacle residential project.
“Almog in the Sharon”, one of the pioneering projects in the Bat Hepher township, was established as part of joint venture to increase the population of settlements in the “Cochav” area, the brainchild of the then Minister of Housing, Ariel Sharon, on plots in Kibbutz Bachan, some 15 minutes from Netanya.
Almogim was one of a small group of real estate developers that banded together to build the first homes in the area and the construction of more than 100 private homes, with swimming pools, using building and quality standards that were ahead of their time.
The original project has been occupied by upper class families since 1997 and they continue to enjoy life in a rural environment in one of the best locations in the Sharon region.
The city and its surroundings
Residents of Almog in the Sharon at Bat Hepher have known for decades that living in Almog in the Sharon is like living in the community of their dreams! Residents, young and old, new families and established families are all from the upper sections of society living in one of the areas fastest growing and in-demand locations.
Bat Hepher, the largest township in the Hepher Valley region was established some 30 years ago as part of the “Cochav” settlement plan.
Today, some 1,350 families live in Bat Hepher, all in ground floor dwellings. The main throughfares and roads are all paved with asphalt while the smaller, internal roads are paved in a style reminiscent of Dutch village roads.
The entire township includes more than 25 acres of public areas, gardens and play areas for the children. In addition, there is a huge, 27.5-acre park with an amphitheater, roller skate rink, fitness and sport equipment and play areas.
When combined with the Regional Council’s excellent, award winning school and education system and the settlement’s closeness to industrial and employment areas – this makes Almog in the Sharon the perfect location for your family.
Let’s not forget Almog in the Sharon’s other great advantage – the fact that just a few minutes’ drive away are Netanya, Kfar Saba and Highway 6 that connects you quickly to metropolitan centers in the center, south and north of the country.
